Current COVID-19 Protocol (Updated 01/2022)
Keeping Patients and staff healthy and safe is our top priority. We are continuing the following practices:
Advanced Appointments: Scheduling a time for eyewear pick-ups, repairs, adjustment and frame selections. In order to protect the safety of our patients and staff we are limiting the number of people in our office at any given time. Upon arriving to our office, please wait in your vehicle and call/text our office to check-in
CDC Guidelines: We make every effort to meet or exceed all CDC standards for cleaning and minimizing exposure risk. All surfaces are disinfected after each patient visit. All cleaning agents used in our office meet the EPAs criteria for use against Covid-19. Employees regularly wash and sanitize their hands.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All staff wear mask and use other PPE as needed. Everyone entering our office is also required to wear a mask which covers their nose and mouth at all times while in our office and are given a mask if they do not have one. We also have hand sanitizing/handwashing stations throughout our office.
Social Distancing: Waiting room seating has been reduced and the seating rearranged for social distancing. Appointments are staggered. We ask that only the patient being treated enter the office to limit unnecessary interaction.
Patient and Employee Screening: We screen patients and employees for symptoms and those with symptoms are asked to reschedule and return home.
Online Portal: In advance of an appointment, patients are asked to complete much of the registration online to minimize front desk interaction
Curbside Pick-up or Direct Shipping: We offer curbside pick up of eyeglasses and contact lenses. We also offer shipping to your home.
While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same, our commitment to your safety while providing the best possible eye care.
